I’ve been a customer for years and have always had an excellent experience. Until recently. A few items from a past order had a musty smell when I picked them up; like the cleaning solution was dirty. I never complain but I did call and ask for my items to be recleaned at no charge. Instead of an apology and courteous offer to redo my two garments. I was questioned why I didn’t bring them back sooner and why I didn’t report this right away etc. No apology, no courtesy. Poor customer service from the woman who works at the Lovers Lane location. They typically do a beautiful job with my clothing but this is enough to make me go elsewhere. Disappointing.
